One CPA, start to finish
Ruth Pierce grew up in Idaho Falls, studied accounting at the University of Idaho, and came to the Magic Valley in 1978. She has practiced here ever since.
What clients tend to bring up isn't the license. It's that she'll take something knotty, an entity restructuring, an estate, a set of books that got away from someone, and explain it plainly enough that they can decide what to do.
She still sits on the Twin Falls City Council and served as Mayor from 2022 until her term ended in January 2026. She has also led the Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce and the Southern Idaho Economic Development Organization.
Thirty-five years with the same accountant
“Our family has had a relationship with Ruth Pierce for over 35 years and, during that time, we have received stellar service.”
Roger, family farm business“During the COVID-19 economic downturn, I was referred to Ruth Pierce to help me navigate the PPP Loan and Idaho Rebound Grant processes.”
Rita, personal service industry“Ruth has been my personal accountant for decades. Not only was she a trusted advisor to me and my late husband in our family business, she has been a tremendous help with my personal tax and estate issues.”

Across the Magic Valley
The office is in Twin Falls, and clients come from Jerome, Buhl, Kimberly, Filer, Burley and Rupert. Several who moved away from Idaho entirely have stayed with the practice rather than start over.
Returns can be reviewed by phone when driving in is not practical.
Communities
What engaging looks like
A first conversation
Call or send a note describing the situation. Most first conversations run about twenty minutes and end with a straight answer on whether there's work to do.
A look at the records
Last year's return, the books, the notice, whatever's relevant. Scope and fee come after seeing what's actually there, not before.
Once a year, or every month
Some clients come in for a return each spring. Others are here monthly for bookkeeping and payroll. Either way the file stays with the same CPA.
